Marlabs has been recently appraised at Level 5, the highest maturity level of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. Being awarded CMMI V2.0 for both– Development and Services has put Marlabs in a very elite list of organisations globally as there are not many who have been recognised under the V2.0 of the model. The large-scale appraisal involved 12 projects and 5 functions across the organisation.

CMMI is a performance enhancement model consisting of collected best practices that guide organizations to improve key capabilities and elevate performance. CMMI’s five maturity levels provide IT organizations with a clear path for improvement. An appraisal at maturity Level 5 indicates that an organization is performing at an ‘optimizing’ level, continually improving its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives and performance needs, and continuously evolving to adapt to changing stakeholder and customer needs.

This rating validates Marlabs’ ability to execute high quality, complex digital transformation programs for clients on-time and within budget, and to help them realize desired returns from their technology investments.
