She is a passionate leader with a strong focus on driving next-gen technology adoption, scaling global teams, and effectively bringing in an impactful client-first mindset. Rachita has a strong entrepreneurial background having founded and led a technology services organization. She has also worked in roles at global brands like Hitachi, Nike, and Oracle. She is an extremely hands-on leader effectively leading global teams, and driving transparency through operational excellence. She brings a wealth of experience and leadership in the areas of delivery, client engagement, mergers & acquisitions, P&L leadership amongst others.

Rachita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, India; a Master’s in Environmental Science from OHSU, Portland, USA; a Master’s in Computer Science from PSU, Portland, USA; an Executive MBA from IIM Bengaluru and a Senior Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School.
